needed some new shoes for an event but was unsure on what i should get but the lovely staff in particular a newbie which i can’t remember her name something like Marina had shown great communication and care for me and assisted me to find the perfect pair of shoes! There are two stores and this is the smaller one I am talking about. I went in to buy a new pair of boots. Asked a question and the lady answered with great detail. Then tried another pair on and wanted to ask for another size. She answer a call in front of me and so I waited. She saw that I was waiting in front of the counter but she walked back and continued her call. It went on for at least 10mins and wouldn’t end so I left the store. Clearly not taught customer service properly. Go to the bigger store which actually have nicer people working there.
