Have read other reviews so maybe Thursday afternoons during school holidays isn't best time to expect staff assistance...of which there was none in about 20 mins. Staff milling around each other or disappearing. Prices OK tho and happy with my purchase. Should be cheaper for no services tho.

Very helpful staff and a great range of shoes. Was helped today by a really nice girl (forgot to get her name but she was quite tall with dark hair). She gave me some great options and helped me pick some shoes that are suitable for my work. Very happy customer!

Great range and prices but the service was terrible. All staff more interested in bouncing around with the store music. The girl was standing besides me disinterested while i was looking for my size and didnt even bother to help me. She said that the sizes are in the black, then walked away. Looked like the manager and the staff was having a dance party. I wasn't approached and i was in there for 20 odd minutes and wanted to buy 3 pairs.I donr know weather it was the tail school holidays or what.

Customer service was below average-Attended the store, approached the staffed service desk, the staff neither acknowledged my presence nor flinched (continued working on POS terminal), the other staff person attended- assisted. In essence the experience was merely transactional/ superficial - zero affinity.

I bought 3 pair shoes for my family include me.After 2 week by using in my shouts white spot started came out at front. I though that’s might be something colour issue or might be glue started to came out. I visited store and served by manager who didn’t have any knowledge about product and didn’t gave me satisfied answer as he said it’s normal and we can’t replace. I said this is not first time I am using sketcher as I am regular customer. But this time I was not happy with manger response and saver .poor service.How weird is like with in 4 week you got issue with product and I can’t replace it.Sorry sketchers you lost one genuine cudyomer.

Poor customer service and rude staff, I bought shoes from there and I just wore those shoes two times, from the top thing starts to come off, when I go for refund and said they don’t have any transaction in their system, they are like ignoring us, recommended to no go there, disappointed
