Had excellent customer service in this store recently. Staff were extremely helpful and they made sure shoes fitted my daughter perfectly.Will definitely be back for the next purchase for both my daughter and son!

Amazing service. We had to wait a while which we were happy to do. But the sales person was very patient with my 4yo son who reported all the shoes tried on ‘felt funny’ and ‘hurt him’. Before we realised he wanted the red shoes which weren’t available in his size in store. The sales lady went next door to collect the red shoes from Myer and allowed him to try on how new ‘perfect shoes’. Thanks for being amazing and working with a fussy little guy.

Excellent. Staff member was very accomodating seeing as I needed to be seen sooner than my allocated appointment time. Friendly and great approach with my daughter. Quick service from point of contact, to fitting shoes and then purchase. Thankyou!

Received excellent customer service from the manager Angelique. She spent a lot of time finding the product I wanted and I was very happy to be walking out with two pairs of shoes. Will definitely go back for the next pair.

More fitters and more stock is all I can say. Being in the store for over an hour with 2 kids and first being over looked even though I scanned in to join the queue then hand balled to another sales staff halfway through a fitting. Disappointing experience was pretty much told there was nothing suitable for my kids. If your after summer sandals my advice is look elsewhere.

Only one person working from 3pm onwards during the school holidays. Unsure if it is usually as busy as what I experienced but there were at least 3 families waiting, not including myself. Was unable to wait for the fitting with my 1.5 year old.

I have 4 primary school aged children and needed to buy 7 pairs of school shoes. Michelle was friendly and attentive and tried to balance the children's wants with what they needed to have. She tried to source a size for me when one pair was unavailable and provided me with the other store details when she couldn't get through. Despite needing a great deal of attention we were dealt with efficiently and she was very helpful and friendly.

Booked online and we were serviced by the manager. Very helpful and knowledgeable, very efficient. We left with what we needed.Only improvement I think is their loyalty rewards. I always buy shoes for my daughter at Shoes and Socks and they keep the loyalty as paper receipts which is easily misplaced and lost so we don’t get benefits. They could improve as any other shop with online record.
