The assistance I received from Karen this morning 17/9 was second to none. She was about as busy as she could be finding other stores with stock etc, but still found the time to be courteous and professional. Great work Karen

This is a different kind of post. I gave 5 stars because I took back a pair of shoes with a fault and the staff were brilliant. They replaced the shoes and apologized for the inconvenience. Several times. Real customer service.

They brought in a shoe that I ordered but I, mistakenly, had ordered the wrong size.The lady there wasn't fazed and quickly rung around a few stores so she could get the right one in for me. Champion effort

Wont ever return to Warwick store. Rude lady, no customer service, no help, and made to feel like an inconvenience when I asked for the sizes I needed to try on, and it took her ages to return. That was last week.I reluctantly went back today, hopong for a better experience, but service was still non-existant, she was not interested in being nice or helpful, grunted when I asked for the boot when she did not return with the size I requested. She had no interest in seeing if I needed help, or wanted to try another size, in fact I was too scared to to ask for another size.A lady was waiting at the counter to be served but was ignored, when she asked to purchase the shoes she had taken to the counter, the person who worked there shouted at her for interupting her. It was disgraceful and loud and shocked everyone. The customer, who must have been mortified, did not reply but returned the shoes to the shelf, and left the store in a dignified manner, though she had just been abused by the person working there for no reason.I was so horrified by the treatment of that customer who did nothing wrong, and by the poor service I had received, I also left the store in support, even though I did not know her.Williams Warwick also lost my $250 in sales, plus the other lady's sale.I then went to Whitfords store, where Karen & Stacey could not have been more helpful, even though they were busy, they acknowledged me, were friendly and so very helpful and provided good old customer service, sadly lacking at Warwick. I spent my money at Whitfords and I will never set foot at Williams at Warwick again. Some people should not be in retail.

The trainee was very helpful and could'nt do enought to help , pleasure going to the store.
