I purchased some runners from here (not my first time), but this pair were defective. The staff responded promptly to my email, requested a few photos and processed a replacement pair really quickly! Will definitely shop here again!

Nice guys but cannot back the gear they sell. New pair of Brooks the glue was bad on the bottom after about 3 weeks. Could not get through on the phone so was about 7 weeks until I came back to the shop. No support offered just told to try and get in touch with Brooks. Would suggest buying from a larger shoe place if you need support.Update: Adjusted from 1 to 4 stars as after placing this review they sorted me out and replaced the shoes.

Bought a few pairs of shoes from these guys. One pair stared to fail on me after a few months. Reached out to see if this was a warranty issue. No fuss no drama. Asked for more pics and arranged a replacement pair immediately. Can’t ask for better service than that. Great job team.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. I haven’t ever left a bad review for any store or company, restaurant etc. but I’m genuinely shocked by the level of customer service (via email). I would recommended to buy shoes from literally any other shop except here, unless you are prepared to wait ages for your items, and to continually pay for return shipping as the shoe sizes are not accurately described online. When reaching out for options, Sharon offered no help whatsoever. I was unable to get a refund on my first pair as I realised ordering online was probably not the best idea (I wore the shoes once around the block to try on for size). I will now be ordering for a third time as I can only get a credit, I was told to go in store to try them for sizing and then later told they aren’t stocked in store with no further help with sizing. I asked if I could return in store or exchange and just simply told no. Staff member was rude and very unhelpful, and after reading reviews I have big regrets ordering from here.

Purchased shorts and shirt back in November, shirt was to small so sent it back for a larger size. Tracking showed that they received it before Christmas. When I followed up in January they made excuses that they had lots of returns because of Christmas. They had mine before anyone even opened their presents.Then they say they don't have the next size up in what I ordered. So stupid me buys something else from them and I give them more money again. I paid $50 for a cap, don't know what I was thinking. Then nothing from them. I follow up again (February 23rd now) to see if it was shipped and the send me a tracking number but don't tell me which courier company they shipped it with.What a disorganised company. Don't spend a dollar with these guys.Go elsewhere.

Have tried contacting them a few times so far. I have noticed the team at Running Warehouse do not attend the calls most of the time. On the other hand, their voice mail asks us to leave a message and promises to return to our calls but they never returned to any of my calls! It's extremely unprofessional on the company's part!Running Warehouse, I have been waiting to hear from you regarding the status on my exchange.

Buyer beware. Warranty returns requires the customer to pay return shipping with the hope it is refunded. From other reviews and my experience denying claims is standard practice. Don't rely on PayPal, the store insists a case needs to be closed before refunding.

As a runner, I wear through multiple pairs of running shoes each year. I have purchased from every large AU-based online retailer and RWA is easily the best. They ensure you have a pair that fits and satisfies. Highly recommend to all. Special shout out to Declan and Susan in the online team.

The manager Susan personally refused to refund brand new shoes I have ordered after I payed the delivery fees. The shoe i orignally got had slightly dirty soles from being tried on, so it wasnt from me.I have an injury and the high foam was very painful to wear. She said she was just gonna throw them away (brand new shoes i have only tried on). Very dissapointed from their customer service, waste of money and time.
